MENU AS FOLLOWS:
STARTERS
Warm honey roast duck salad, figs and a rocket salad
Chicken liver and foie gras parfait, onion marmalade and toasted brioche
Honey glaze goats cheese and beetroot salad with mix leaf salad
Smoked salmon balini with creme fraiche
MAINS
Roast turkey, sage and onion stuffing, pigs in blankets, cranberry sauce with red onion jus
Herb crusted baked salmon, new potatoes, seaonal veg with champagne sauce
Braised lamb shank, mustard mash, batten carrot, broad bean, red wine sauce
Braised fillet steak with crushed scallion potato, seasonal veg with whisky butter sauce
Spinach and ricotta ravioli with tomato and oregano sauce
DESSERTS
Apple crumble with a vanilla custard sauce
Traditional christmas pudding with brandy sauce
